The Hungaroring circuit is located on the north side of Budapest on a 20 km distance. 

EVENT PROGRAMME:

Friday 24 October:

Arrival to Budapest either by car or airplane, check in hotel - free day.

  21:00       Briefing at Kempinski Hotel, preparation and material hand-over.

Saturday 25 October:

  08:00        Arrival to Hungaroring, settle in the Boxes

  09:00        Enter track – trials

  12:00        Lunch Break

  13:00        1^st Classification rounds

  13:30        ...more trials

  16:30        2^nd Classification rounds

  17:00        End of 1^st track day.  Return to Hotel.

Sunday 26 October:

  08:00        Arrival to Hungaroring, Briefing – Coffee

  09:00        Enter track – trials

  12:00        Lunch Break

  13:00        Start line positions

  13:30        Race - 30 Minutes

  14:00        Free trials up to track closing time

  14:30        Trophy Ceremony

  17:00        End of 2^st track day.  Return to Hotel.

  21:00        Party at Jam Pub

Monday 27 October:

Free day – Check out hotel.  Departure from Budapest
